Tragic! How did that happen? Can it be fixed? It makes me want to go home and hug mine and tell it I love it.

emawkc, that's not my computer. just a photo group in flickr where people share the photos of the exact same crack.
sarah, no idea...so many people report it that it seems like a flaw :( it's one thing after another for me these days, no? :)
