back home.
just got back from the outskirts of atlanta and picked up kolby james from here. he's so exhausted he won't even play with his tug.
i liked taking him there instead of just boarding him at the vet, but the accommodations were rather drab. his sleeping area looked dingy and dirty. i know he's a dog, but i think next time i'd like it if he was treated more like a prince. i may have to look into a nicer place with heated floors and a television in each 'cabana' for when i'm in hawaii.

i have an awesome dog/house sitter. she's a vet technician...and has been staying and taking care of our puggers for 3 or 4 yrs...whenever we're out of town. email me if you want her contact info...she lives in waldo - works up north.

I'm really happy with the Playpen at 95th and Nall, although I know that might be a bit out of your neighborhood. They're awesome there, they really are. And they continually work at making improvements. AND they have puppycams so you can watch to see what your puppy is up to at any given time of the day. (Unless they're outside...they don't have a cam outside...)
You might look into it. http://www.puppysplaypen.com/
