today, i got a job.

it's a contract job. but it's writing. at a really good company. doing all their internal Web stuff. and it pays well. and there are benefits. hooray.

i'm excited. it's a good opportunity. and yes, i'd love it to lead to bigger, better more permanent things. but hey, in this economy, i am so pleased to have something that will allow me to be creative and that will pay well.
although i do need to purchase some business casual attire. like now. :)
