since there's no one else around, we let our hair grow long and forget all we used to know. then our skin gets thicker from living out in the snow.

ouch
my foot hurts today. same foot. different area. it's the bottom of it. i haven't been overdoing it. i'm going to the podiatrist for the second time this week to figure it out.
I'll say a little prayer for you and your foot, hon! My feet have been hurting this week, and I'm sure it's due to the cold weather coinciding with my tougher workouts, but it's uncomfy and I don't like it. I can't even imagine what you've been having to go through all these months. Take it easy, and keep us updated...
